Etihad Rail Company PJSC (Etihad Rail) is aware of fraudulent communications being sent to members of the public by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Etihad Rail.
These fraudulent messages may appear in the form of suspicious emails, letters, online forms or questionnaires to complete, attachments, phone calls, social media posts, or messages through messaging platforms. In many cases, the scammers impersonate Etihad Rail employees or representatives in an effort to deceive individuals, often requesting payments related to investment opportunities, bid submissions, or employment offers.
Please be advised that Etihad Rail’s official online presence operates solely through the domain: https://www.etihadrail.ae. Any communications originating from other domains or unofficial sources should be treated with caution.
Etihad Rail takes such incidents seriously and is actively working with the relevant authorities to report and investigate these matters. If you receive any suspicious communication that appears to come from Etihad Rail or uses our name, logo, or branding, we encourage you to:
- Verify the legitimacy through our official website.
- Do not click on any links or download attachments from suspicious or unexpected messages claiming to be from Etihad Rail.
- Report the matter through our official communication channels or through our designated Speak out Channel speakout@etihadrail.ae.
